Contractor Communication
Dear All,
Due to the nature of our business we quite often have to block out our Chapel to enable trades to carry out their work undisturbed.
We have had a number of incidents where the contractor has had to cancel planned works at short notice due to parts not being in stock. This not only impacts our revenue income but more importantly has a knock on effect to our families as further slots need to be booked out for a return visit limiting the families choice further.
Please can we ask that appointments are only confirmed with sites when the parts are physically in your possession or confirmed as in stock by your supplier.
Your cooperation is much appreciated by both Facilities and the Site Managers alike.
